शिकायत में आईवीएफ एवं फर्टिलिटी केंद्रों की नियमित और सख्त जांच की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया गया, ताकि कानूनी प्रावधानों का पालन सुनिश्चित हो, कमजोर महिलाओं के कथित शोषण को रोका जा सके, उनके स्वास्थ्य एवं अधिकारों की रक्षा हो सके, तथा चिकित्सा प्रक्रियाओं की आड़ में बच्चों की किसी भी कथित अवैध खरीद-फरोख्त को रोका जा सके।

“गरीबी, भय, आर्थिक निर्भरता और कानूनी अधिकारों की जानकारी के अभाव में इस प्रकार के कथित शोषण के मामले अक्सर दब जाते हैं। जब चिकित्सा व्यवस्था का कथित रूप से अवैध व्यावसायिक गतिविधियों के लिए दुरुपयोग किया जाता है, तब यह केवल स्वास्थ्य का विषय नहीं रह जाता, बल्कि यह महिलाओं की गरिमा, बच्चों के अधिकार और मानवाधिकारों पर सीधा आघात बन जाता है।”

New Delhi: Army Chief जनरल बिपिन रात जम्मू कश्मीर के दौरे पर हैं। इस दौरान रावत भारत-पाकिस्तान सीमा यानी LoC का दौरा भी करेंगे। बताया जा रहा है कि हाल ही में Pakistan की ओर से लगातार तोड़े जा रहे सीजफायर का भारतीय सेना करारा जवाब देने का मन बना चुकी है। खबर है कि भारतीय सेना अब Pakistan की कोई हरकत बरर्दाश्त नहीं करेगी।

बताया जा रहा है कि हाल ही के दिनों ने सीमा से सटे स्कूलों को निशाना बनाकर पाक की तरफ से की गई फायरिंग पर सरकार ने बेहद सख्त रुख अपना लिया है। कहा जा रहा है कि अगर Pakistan की तरफ से अब एक भी गोली चली तो भारतीय सेना कोई भी बड़ा एक्शन लेने से पीछे नहीं हटेगी, चाहे वो सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक हो या फिर पाकिस्तानी सीमा में घुसकर दुश्मन को खत्म करने की कार्रवाई।

खुली छूट मिलने पर कुछ जवानों का कहना है कि अब तो PoK भी हम वापस हासिल करके रहेंगे, जहां Pakistan अवैध कब्जा करे बैठा है। एक जवान ने कहा कि ऑर्डर मिले तो हम कराची में तिरंगा लहराकर ही लौटेंगे, हमारी सेना बहुत मजबूत है और Pak सेना उसके सामने कहीं भी नहीं टिकती।

सूत्रों के अनुसार जनरल रावत LoC की फारवर्ड पोस्टों का दौरा करेंगे और मौजूदा स्थिति का जायजा लेंगे। हाल ही में भारत द्वारा की गई जवाबी कार्रवाई में अपने कई जवानों की मौत के बाद पाकिस्तानी पोस्टों पर शांति बनी हुई है। हालांकि, भारतीय सेना किसी भी समय Pakistan को माकूल जवाब देने के लिए तैयार है।

रक्षा मंत्रालय के सूत्रों ने कहा है कि जनरल रावत इस दौरान सुरक्षा से संबंधित एक बैठक की अध्यक्षता करेंगे और उसके बाद राजौरी और पुंछ में LoC की फारवर्ड पोस्टों का दौरा करेंगे। हांलाकि एलओसी पर पिछले चार दिनों से कोई गोलीबारी नहीं हुई है और माहौल फिलहाल शांत है। भारत का आरोप है कि पाकिस्तान बिना उकसावे के गोलीबारी करता आ रहा है। पाक रिहायशी इलाकों को निशाना बनाकर गोलीबारी करता रहा है औश्र इस बार

क्रिकेटर मुनाफ पटेल की बढ़ी मुश्किलें, कोर्ट ने जारी किया नोटिस

NEW DELHI: दिल्ली कोर्ट ने आज भारतीय क्रिेकेटर Munaf Patel को चेक बाउंस होने के मामले में बतौर अभियुक्त सम्मन भेजा।
मुनाफ पटेल को यह सम्मन मजिस्ट्रेट स्निग्धा सरवारिया ने दिल्ली के निवासी सुनील कुमार अग्रवाल की शिकायत पर भेजा है। इस शिकायत में पटेल और एक फर्म समेत सात अन्य अरोपियों को एक नवंबर या इससे पहले उपस्थित होने की बात कही गई है।

अग्रवाल ने निवास प्रमोटर्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड और अन्य के खिलाफ शिकायत की कि उन्हें पिछले महीने जारी किया गया 25.50 लाख रूपए का चेक बाउंस हो गया। पटेल इस फर्म के निदेशकों में से एक हैं।

आपको बता दें कि क्रिकेटर मुनाफ पटेल ने इंडिया की ओर से 13 टेस्ट में 35 विकेट लिए। वहीं वनडे में मुनाफ ने 70 मैच खेले इस दौरान 86 बल्लेबाजों को आउट किया।
