You get so much for the value they provide. I have used expensive trainings, which are also good, but if I had known about this course services, I would have saved $$$. I appreciate their level of support as well.

I thought the office was closed for the weekend but Anna answered me right away. She was extremely helpful addressing my needs and very quickly. I did notice that my last name was on the completion certificates twice, but I couldn’t update my “first name” for whatever reason on my side. Happy the the response and the quick turnaround with fixing the problem within 24 hours.

We’re glad we could promptly assist you and resolve your query. I have been having issues with managing our firm’s users for a month now. I tried calling the phone number listed for “support” – no answer, went directly to voicemail and the mail box is full.
